Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and apply software engineering solutions and practices across the full software development lifecycle.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods, original thought, and professional judgment.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of organizational activity.
- Build long-term client partnerships while balancing business, technical, and people objectives.
- Contribute significantly to recruiting and developing people.
