Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement cloud-based solutions and deploy, configure, and operate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Collaborate with application development, networking, infrastructure, information security, risk, identity and access management, and security operations stakeholders.
- Automate and optimize application and infrastructure environments, including containers, AMIs, and serverless functions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and supporting tools for development, integration, testing, production delivery, and security scanning.
- Implement CloudWatch and third-party monitoring solutions for system, infrastructure, performance, application-error, and metrics monitoring.
- Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into technical operational requirements and propose CI/CD pipelines, tools, and plugins.
- Design automated monitoring dashboards, trends, notifications, and real-time metrics.
- Support AWS multi-account architectures using services and tools such as Control Tower, SCPs, GuardRails, and Transit Gateways.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with open-source plugin integrations.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Agile, Scrum, and development environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with configuration management, cloud orchestration, and automation tools in AWS environments.
- At least 5 years of experience provisioning and managing infrastructure and applications in AWS cloud environments.
- At least 2 years of experience identifying and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment automation.
- At least 5 years of experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, perform all work within the United States, and have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years.
- Preferred qualifications include Linux knowledge, AWS Solutions Architect certification, AWS multi-account architecture experience, monitoring expertise with Splunk or similar services, and familiarity with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, Common Criteria, MLOps, and the machine-learning lifecycle.
- Familiarity with machine-learning and analytics tools such as Amazon SageMaker, Apache Airflow, Looker, and Trifacta is preferred.
