Responsibilities
- Design scalable and optimized software solutions for internal and external customers.
- Develop and deliver automation and digitization solutions on schedule.
- Apply software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, unit testing, and quality management.
- Specify requirements, define acceptance tests, create APIs, and work with Microsoft SQL and MySQL database queries.
- Support production software by fixing bugs, adding features, and contributing to the solutions roadmap.
- Report KPIs, activity, and project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong Python and Django experience is required.
- Experience with .NET, NodeRed, or React is valued.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL and MySQL database queries and CI/CD concepts.
- Knowledge of common development practices, service-oriented environments, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multinational teams and time zones.
