Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules using Python with the Frappe framework and C#.
- Implement ERP solutions independently from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Customize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and business logic, and develop custom Frappe ERP applications and extensions.
- Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications, APIs, and internal platforms, including data migration, validation, and synchronization.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance using SQL and Oracle databases.
- Develop and support custom components, integrations, and enhancements in Oracle ERP environments, including PL/SQL and reporting tools.
- Own development, testing, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing ERP support.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with functional teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Require 3–7+ years of experience in ERP development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C# is required.
- Hands-on experience with Frappe, ERPNext, or similar frameworks.
- Solid experience with Oracle ERP systems and Oracle databases.
- Strong SQL skills; PL/SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with integrations and system interoperability.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment best practices.
- Ability to work independently, take full ownership of ERP implementations, solve problems, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have qualifications include ERPNext implementation experience, exposure to cloud hosting or Docker, experience in manufacturing, construction, finance, or operations-heavy environments, and knowledge of ERP security and role-based access control.
