Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Research and develop advanced MLLMs, GenAI, and Computer Vision techniques.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable MLLM models for visual data analysis.
- Explore novel approaches for object detection, recognition, tracking, and segmentation.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, memory, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to leverage hardware accelerators for algorithm optimization.
- Evaluate MLLM model performance using real-world datasets.
- Stay updated with the latest research trends in computer vision and machine learning.
- Contribute to patent disclosures, academic publications, and technical documentation.
- Mentor and coach junior scientists.
Requirements
- PhD and 1 year of experience in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C/C++, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with the ML development lifecycle, including dataset shaping and model training.
- Ability to leverage state-of-the-art research for high-quality model delivery.
- Experience in developing computer vision algorithms for resource-constrained devices is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts.
