Responsibilities
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to build proof-of-concepts.
- Lead end-to-end research in AI-assisted universal search and reasoning over multimodal data.
- Advance computer vision and machine learning techniques for cloud and devices.
- Design and implement responsible, privacy-preserving models for visual data analysis.
- Develop performance metrics for multimodal reasoning models and validate their effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest research in agentic AI and translate findings into products.
- Contribute to academic publications and technical documentation.
- Coach and mentor junior scientists.
Requirements
- PhD and 3+ years of experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record in multimodal learning and video-language modeling.
- Experience in the ML development lifecycle from problem definition to deployment.
- Familiarity with large-scale ML and multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of video analysis and computer vision fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts.
