Base Salary
$143k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy large-scale machine learning systems in production.
- Develop ML solutions using deep learning, natural language processing, recommendation systems, and generative AI techniques.
- Build personalized manager onboarding and development solutions that identify capability gaps, recommend learning pathways, and measure effectiveness.
- Develop causal inference models and experimental frameworks to measure impact.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders on technical roadmaps.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical peers and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
- PhD, or a master’s degree plus 4+ years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
- Experience with patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
- Experience with algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
- Preferred: experience using Unix/Linux and in professional software development.
