Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and reusable web interfaces using React, TypeScript or modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs and backend services using Java with Spring Boot and Python with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Translate business and user requirements into modular, testable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and implement validation, authentication, authorization, loading states, and error handling.
- Design and maintain MySQL schemas, relationships, indexes, queries, transactions, and database migration scripts.
- Troubleshoot application defects, API integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Write unit, integration, and component tests and contribute to test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and apply coding standards, secure development practices, and quality controls.
- Collaborate on requirements, estimation, sprint delivery, release readiness, and technical documentation.
- Support CI/CD workflows, environment configuration, application monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Ability to understand requirements, evaluate technical options, and clearly communicate implementation choices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
