Base Salary
$190k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research and build AI/ML systems for matchmaking, ranking, and automation.
- Own model development end-to-end, including data collection, labeling strategies, deployment, monitoring, and production iteration.
- Partner with product, AI engineering, and full-stack teams to ship systems that improve marketplace metrics.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks measuring quality, bias, reliability, and business impact.
- Set technical direction and best practices for AI and ML at Paraform.
- Collaborate with engineers and improve how AI systems are designed, shipped, and maintained.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience building and owning production AI and ML systems.
- Experience with traditional machine learning and shipping systems with quality metrics and business impact.
- Strong judgment around evaluation and measuring product impact.
- Experience with large-scale retrieval, ranking, NLP, or personalization systems is a plus.
