Responsibilities
- Build domain-specific AI agents supporting multi-step reasoning, tool use, and autonomous decision-making.
- Design and implement production-grade agentic workflows that orchestrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and external tools.
- Integrate AI agents with client applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Evaluate, debug, trace, log, and optimize multi-step agent behavior.
- Deploy and maintain generative AI solutions using APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Document solutions, follow LLMOps best practices, and help establish AI development standards.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Analysts to integrate GenAI into full-scale applications.
Requirements
- Proven production experience building and deploying AI agents or agentic systems beyond prototypes.
- Deep familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, or Claude Agent SDK.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and function calling.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience building robust, maintainable backend services.
- Ability to evaluate and debug agent behavior through tracing, logging, and structured workflow evaluation.
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Preferred knowledge of Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, embedding pipelines, LLMOps, and observability tools.
- Preferred familiarity with LangSmith, Langfuse, Weights & Biases, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large-scale or scientific datasets, including biostatistics, genomics, or pharma, is advantageous.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI principles is advantageous.
