Responsibilities

Contribute to the technical design, development, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI applications and services.
Develop AI agents, prompt flows, API services, tool integrations, and workflow automations.
Translate product requirements and user stories into technical specifications and development tasks with senior consultants, product managers, and stakeholders.
Integrate AI agents into existing systems and workflows and support scalable, reliable, and secure AI infrastructure components.
Troubleshoot defects, integration issues, model behavior concerns, and production support items.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks and participate in code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and Agile ceremonies.
Apply responsible and ethical AI practices, including guardrails, evaluation checks, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, IT, and HCA business functions.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, data science, or a related field.
Required: 6-8 years of software development experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML and Agentic AI.
Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science engineering, data science, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, LLM applications, APIs, automation, data engineering, or cloud engineering.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI technologies and Agentic AI solutions, including Python or similar languages.
Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation concepts, and model evaluation approaches.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services such as GCP or Azure.
Understanding of software development practices including Git, coding standards, testing, deployment, debugging, and documentation.
Preferred certifications in AI/ML, Agentic AI, generative AI, responsible AI, or cloud-native development.
Ability to support integrations across systems, tools, APIs, data sources, and enterprise workflows.
