Responsibilities
- Advise Meta clients on technical solutions, platform capabilities, and scalable implementations.
- Design solution architectures and end-to-end integrations using Meta platforms, APIs, data flows, and products.
- Provide technical consulting, architecture reviews, demos, proof-of-concepts, webinars, playbooks, and reference implementations.
- Work directly in code to debug client API integrations and develop fixes.
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive technical wins.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to shape platform capabilities and strategic direction.
- Mentor and help interview and onboard Solutions Architects.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or possessing equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer.
- 2+ years of experience working with software systems, querying, data, and API development.
- Experience communicating with technical and business audiences at prospects or clients.
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks.
- Experience with system design and technical architecture, including integrations across APIs, data flows, and platform components.
- Knowledge of industry technology areas and trends.
- High-level verbal and written fluency in English and Korean.
- Preferred experience includes stakeholder management, responsible AI practices, API documentation and scripting, API testing, AdTech, advertising, digital marketing, Meta Marketing and Messaging products, integration projects, AI workflow optimization, prompt/context engineering, and agent orchestration.
