Responsibilities

  • Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues across various development environments.
  • Perform root-cause analysis by reading logs and tracing code paths.
  • Resolve a high volume of technical issues while ensuring quality and clear communication.
  • Escalate product or infrastructure issues to engineering with complete context.
  • Educate customers on best practices and product capabilities.
  • Build internal playbooks and documentation for faster investigations.
  • Identify recurring failure modes and provide feedback to teams.
  • Support release testing and quality efforts across diverse environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering or technical support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Ability to reproduce and debug technical issues from ambiguous reports.
  • Experience analyzing logs and system behavior across distributed systems.
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Excellent written communication skills for explaining technical findings.
  • Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
