Responsibilities
- Build new AI-driven products and initiatives from design through delivery.
- Support existing production AI/ML workloads to ensure reliability, performance, and continuity.
- Develop and productionize machine learning models using modern AI tooling.
- Design end-to-end testing strategies for delivered solutions.
- Build API integrations and data pipelines optimized for latency, throughput, and cost.
- Build and serve models as APIs and collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and other departments.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data-governance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience across software engineering, AI, and machine learning.
- Strong Python programming skills and production machine learning experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for building and scaling data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational data.
- Experience building and serving models as APIs, such as with FastAPI.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs, RAG, OCR, and document recognition/NLP techniques.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including automated training and deployment.
- Nice-to-have experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, Azure, Azure ML, MLflow, Airflow, Prefect, Docker, Bicep, or Terraform.
