Base Salary

$200k - $400k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead research and engineering efforts to improve instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion in production.
  • Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines optimized for quality, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Partner with platform and product engineers to integrate new models into production systems.
  • Translate ambiguous research ideas into clear milestones and multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Own initiatives that advance the conversational agent’s reliability, capability, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
  • Prior experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production environments.
  • Fluency in Python and modern machine learning tooling for training, evaluation, and data pipelines.
  • A track record of turning research prototypes into reliable, measurable production impact.
