Responsibilities
- Lead research and engineering efforts to enhance conversational capabilities in production.
- Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines for quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with platform and product engineers for model integration into production systems.
- Translate ambiguous research ideas into clear milestones and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Experience in post-training and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Fluency in Python and modern ML tooling for training and evaluation.
- Proven track record of transforming research ideas into measurable production impact.
