Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead research and engineering efforts to improve instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion in production.
- Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines optimized for quality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Partner with platform and product engineers to integrate new models into production systems.
- Translate ambiguous research ideas into clear milestones and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Own initiatives that advance the conversational agent’s reliability, capability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Prior experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Fluency in Python and modern machine learning tooling for training, evaluation, and data pipelines.
- A track record of turning research prototypes into reliable, measurable production impact.
