Responsibilities
- Design and implement Generative AI, LLM-based, NLP, and agentic AI solutions.
- Develop new AI approaches, experiment with advanced architectures, and optimize AI models for business use cases.
- Build and manage AI pipelines using MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and logging.
- Apply NLP techniques such as tokenization, string comparison, and embeddings.
- Integrate and deploy AI models in collaboration with software engineering and operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions while supporting trusted AI practices such as fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge and experience with Generative AI, including Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.
- Knowledge of at least one agentic or LLM framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, string comparison, and embeddings.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, or Azure DevOps and AI pipeline development is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
