Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and agentic AI models and systems.
- Develop new AI approaches and solutions, experiment with advanced architectures, and optimize AI models for business use cases.
- Build and manage scalable AI pipelines and support MLOps practices, including model integration, deployment, monitoring, and logging.
- Apply trusted AI practices focused on fairness, transparency, accountability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams to integrate and deploy AI models.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions and drive innovation across business use cases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge and experience in Generative AI, including Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, or Scikit-Learn.
- Experience with at least one framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques including tokenization, string comparison, and embeddings.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business-to-technical translation skills.
