Base Salary
$230k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the detection and telemetry pipeline.
- Write high-signal detections for critical threat paths.
- Build and manage incident response processes and playbooks.
- Collaborate with security and platform engineering to improve telemetry.
- Establish detection-as-code practices and metrics-driven responses.
- Develop detection strategies for AI-specific threats and abuse.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in detection and response.
- Strong expertise in AWS-native detection tools.
- An engineering-first mindset with a focus on detection-as-code.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during live incidents.
- Interest in detecting emerging AI/ML abuse patterns.
- Experience with consumer products at scale is a plus.
