Base Salary
$170k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with healthcare EMR software using APIs, RPA, or agentic flows.
- Work closely with clients to understand their PM systems and develop successful automation.
- Implement monitoring and observability infrastructure for reliable integrations.
- Develop a repeatable framework for scaling integrations for new PM systems.
- Prototype and productionize new capabilities that require integration with PM systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering focused on healthcare integrations.
- Ability to work directly with customers to solve problems.
- Willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
- High agency and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
