Base Salary
$170k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with healthcare EMR and practice management software using APIs, RPA, or agentic flows.
- Work directly with clients to understand how their practice management systems work and how to access them.
- Implement monitoring and observability infrastructure to improve integration reliability.
- Develop a repeatable framework for scaling integrations with new practice management systems.
- Prototype and productionize capabilities that require retrieving data from practice management systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience specifically focused on healthcare integrations.
- Ability to work directly with customers to solve problems rather than only following specifications.
- High agency and the ability to independently figure out solutions with limited instruction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proactively sharing necessary information with the team.
- Willingness to take on varied responsibilities and contribute wherever needed.
- Interest in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
