Base Salary
$250k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture for agentic systems, ensuring reliability despite noisy input data.
- Build and enhance the reasoning layer that processes customer data to provide actionable insights.
- Establish rigorous evaluation and testing for non-deterministic systems to measure accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to shape the technical vision and roadmap.
- Raise engineering standards through code reviews and design documentation.
- Mentor engineers on agentic patterns and system design.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on building agentic systems.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex distributed systems in data-intensive B2B SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern agentic stacks and understanding of non-deterministic system failure modes.
- Experience in transforming messy real-world data into reliable models.
- Demonstrated technical mentorship skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
