Responsibilities
- Own backend features and projects from discovery through production.
- Build tools and features that help creators publish, monetize, analyze, and grow their Actors.
- Contribute to Publisher systems including Actor monetization, analytics, reviews, and quality maintenance.
- Contribute to Billing systems for creator payouts, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and the emerging agentic payment economy.
- Work in a small cross-functional team using two-week sprints and deploying multiple times per day.
- Use the Apify platform regularly and contribute to open-source projects on GitHub.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industry experience building backend systems and APIs.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js development and debugging skills, or proficiency in another language with the ability and motivation to learn TypeScript quickly.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and interest in current AI trends.
- A strong technical background or an excellent professional track record.
- An experiment-driven and collaborative mindset.
- Good communication skills in English.
