Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and build scalable systems for customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop relationships with product and tech teams in China and Korea.
- Establish and execute architectural roadmaps for the business.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform efficiency and flexibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent fields.
- 10+ years of industry experience with increasing responsibility leading engineers.
- 6+ years of experience in software development in large distributed systems and web services.
- Experience in designing high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-scalability systems.
- Familiarity with distributed system architecture and microservice design.
- Strong competency in delivering results in rapidly changing environments.
