Base Salary
$230k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems for iterative software development, testing, and reliable deployment.
- Drive the vision and design of software build, test, and deployment processes.
- Design continuous integration pipelines and testing infrastructure.
- Provide training and support around the build system.
- Own and improve the Python, Rust, and C++ development environment.
- Develop tools and metrics that support a stable, scalable, and low-friction research platform.
Requirements
- Experience supporting large monorepo development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python programming within large monorepos.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Strong focus on improving the development experience for engineers and scientists.
