Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and manage scalable ML pipelines covering preprocessing, model generation, automated deployment, validation, and feedback loops.
- Translate complex machine learning models and algorithms into high-performance production code with Data Science partners.
- Design, develop, and deploy extensible, low-latency ML API services at massive scale.
- Build monitoring and observability capabilities for engineering health and ML model metrics such as drift and accuracy.
- Lead architecture initiatives and proofs of concept across technology stacks.
- Own feature delivery from product requirements through deployment while influencing cross-product architects and mentoring teams.
Requirements
- 9+ years of progressive, relevant experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Demonstrated experience architecting, building, and productionizing complex enterprise-scale machine learning solutions.
- Deep practical experience with MLOps and automated model transitions from development and training into production.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert object-oriented programming skills in Python and Java.
- Mastery of PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, and TFServing.
- Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed system design, analytical problem solving, debugging, and algorithmic optimization.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, with AWS highly preferred, for large-scale data processing and ML model hosting.
