Base Salary
$216k - $324k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the cross-team technical roadmap for Mobile Channels.
- Own architectural patterns for message ingestion, routing, and compliance automation.
- Lead design reviews and contribute to architecture and code.
- Drive systemic fixes for reliability and lead deep dives on production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical objectives.
- Integrate AI practices into engineering workflows.
- Mentor lead and senior engineers and represent technical standards in hiring.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed backend systems.
- Proficient in Python and/or Go, with hands-on coding and debugging skills.
- Deep experience with high-throughput, event-driven architectures.
- Ability to define technical strategy and drive architectural decisions.
- Strong experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tools.
- Understanding of customer impact and commercial value in mobile messaging.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
