Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow capabilities for Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center user experiences.
- Develop workflows, flows, business rules, integrations, and other platform logic using supported ServiceNow standards.
- Assess existing workflows, configurations, scripts, and customizations for maintainability and upgrade readiness.
- Translate ITSM process requirements into scalable configurations, workflows, and service catalog capabilities.
- Create Automated Test Framework tests for platform quality, regression testing, and upgrade readiness.
- Participate in backlog refinement, story estimation, sprint delivery, and technical implementation within an Agile delivery model.
- Collaborate with architects, functional leads, engineering teams, and government stakeholders.
- Maintain configuration standards, implementation documentation, and platform development guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related technical field.
- At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience supporting enterprise ITSM implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, with demonstrated implementation experience across Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience configuring and administering ServiceNow platform capabilities and developing workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Strong technical problem-solving, process-improvement, communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM is a desired qualification.
