Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft applications supporting enterprise Student Information Systems.
- Analyze requirements, create technical designs, and collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Support integrations with third-party systems and troubleshoot system issues.
- Optimize system performance, manage system changes, and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and manage multiple priorities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft systems or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with requirements analysis, technical design, and system integration.
- Advanced SQL and database modeling experience.
- Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning, and managing system changes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with advanced PeopleTools, Student Administration modules, Oracle databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, API integrations, and higher education.
- Experience mentoring team members is preferred.
