Base Salary
$213k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve mission-critical commercialization tools and systems.
- Develop backend and infrastructure solutions for vehicle profiles, secure parts transactions, vehicle configuration, and key security.
- Collaborate with Product, Security, and engineering teams as business needs evolve.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, legal, partnerships, policy, and privacy teams to deliver business-critical infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
- Strong knowledge of security concepts, including encryption, authentication, identity, secure communication protocols, and access control.
- Preferred: compiled-language experience with C++, Java, or Go.
- Preferred: experience building microservices.
- Preferred: knowledge of PKI, X.509, CSR generation and signing, certificate hierarchies, secure key storage, HSMs, KDF, AES, HMAC, secure key provisioning, and cryptography.
