Responsibilities
- Build the self-service onboarding experience that takes customers from sign-up to their first message in minutes.
- Automate customer requests into the correct configurations across internal systems and external suppliers.
- Create an extensible platform for adding messaging channels and supplier partnerships without increasing customer complexity.
- Drive automation across the customer journey for both people and AI agents.
- Own work end-to-end from ideation through production, including operation on the company’s infrastructure.
- Experiment with AI tools to improve personal productivity and share effective practices with the team.
Requirements
- Have medior to senior hands-on full stack development experience across front end and back end.
- Have strong Angular experience for front-end development.
- Have strong C# and .NET experience for back-end development.
- Have solid knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Be fluent in English and Dutch.
- Experience with DevOps or systems engineering is preferred.
- Be curious about AI and willing to experiment with tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
