Base Salary
$320k - $360k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and operate production-grade machine learning systems for real-time personalization.
- Develop scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Use testing techniques and proactive quality practices to prevent regressions and maintain high-quality systems.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on machine learning projects.
- Contribute directly to project improvements while advocating for larger-scale technical changes.
- Provide technical leadership and help raise the quality bar across machine learning systems.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience building systems, including experience working on a single system long enough to understand the consequences of technical decisions.
- Proficiency or experience with Python.
- Experience with machine learning and data analysis for building scalable systems and data-driven products.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, XGBoost, pandas, matplotlib, SQL, Spark, or similar tools.
- A proven track record of building scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading cross-functional machine learning projects.
- Strong quality focus, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- 10+ years of experience is listed as ideal.
