Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and production integration of LLM-based AI systems.
- Design end-to-end AI system architectures and define infrastructure, integration, and deployment requirements.
- Develop LLM applications, particularly RAG, agentic, and tool-using solutions.
- Evaluate generative AI and AI engineering innovations for business applicability.
- Integrate and tune vendor AI solutions within the bank ’s technology environment.
- Integrate AI solutions with backend systems, data platforms, and business applications.
- Help establish model-serving and AI service layers.
- Support monitoring, performance optimization, and stable operation of AI systems.
- Develop containerized AI components and support their deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Oversee code quality, shape development standards, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with architecture, enablement, and development teams.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, or software development.
- Strong Python skills and experience developing maintainable, production-ready code.
- Hands-on experience developing or integrating applications based on large language models, especially RAG or agentic solutions.
- Experience integrating and technically tuning vendor AI solutions.
- Knowledge of microservice architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with containerization and cloud environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- A CI/CD and MLOps mindset.
- Good communication skills and professional English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with LLM fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, model-serving frameworks, MLOps and monitoring tools, GPU/CUDA environments, distributed data-processing frameworks, or backend/frontend development.
- An IT or related technical higher-education degree is preferred.
