Thermo Fisher ScientificResponsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom business solutions.
- Administer Salesforce profiles, roles, users, page layouts, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Create custom objects, fields, tabs, record types, Visualforce pages, validation rules, formulas, and interactive user interfaces.
- Perform data migration, exports, and imports using Data Loader and support Salesforce integrations.
- Analyze business processes and configure Salesforce to meet organizational requirements.
- Provide application support, documentation, deployment support, and release management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, and project managers on requirements and technical solutions.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience with the Salesforce.com CRM platform.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, customization, Service Cloud, data validation, SF2SF, and custom application development.
- Experience with Salesforce profiles, roles, users, page layouts, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, formulas, and automated alerts.
- Experience designing CRM entities and Salesforce relationships, including lookup, junction, and master-detail relationships.
- Experience designing and building cloud-based application interfaces, frameworks, components, and navigation elements.
- Experience with data migration and integration using Data Loader, OFM, Informatica, or comparable integration methods.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security administration, application support, data exports and imports, and release management.
- Salesforce.com Developer certification DEV 401 is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, troubleshooting, documentation, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
