Responsibilities
- Push the product to its limits to uncover bugs and usability gaps.
- Conduct hands-on manual testing to validate functionality and user experience.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle.
- Work with product managers to define and refine quality requirements.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines with reliable automated testing solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software development with a focus on testing.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with test automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Strong critical thinking skills for uncovering bugs and ensuring quality.
- Proven ability to integrate testing strategies early in the development process.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach to taking responsibility for product quality.
