Responsibilities
- Apply AI to real financial problems by using GenAI and ML.
- Identify opportunities for AI to enhance user experience and automate tasks.
- Choose appropriate AI tools and techniques for various challenges.
- Ship AI features with confidence through rigorous evaluation.
- Collaborate with the AI Platform team on infrastructure and observability.
- Own the development of AI features, agent design, and quality evaluation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in production ML/AI systems.
- Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered features.
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning, including embeddings and classification.
- Experience with AI evaluation tooling and techniques.
- Excellent Python skills and experience building production-grade AI features.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
