Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale components of the fiat money movement clearing system.
- Build integrations with banks, stablecoin issuers, custodians, and other partners.
- Design and build core product functionality for stablecoin payments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with payment systems, financial infrastructure, or banking integrations.
- Experience scaling a payment system from 0-1 and ideally from 1-10.
- Deep understanding of fiat payment rails such as ACH, wires, and RTP.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems with a focus on scalability.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and take ownership.
