Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale components of the fiat money movement clearing system
- Build integrations with banks, stablecoin issuers, custodians, and other partners
- Design and build core product functionality for stablecoin payment products
- Contribute broadly as an owner on a small, scrappy team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building deeply with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking integrations
- Experience scaling a payment system from 0 to 1, ideally also from 1 to 10
- Deep understanding of fiat payment rails, including ACH, wires, and RTP
- Strong distributed-systems fundamentals and the ability to balance rapid delivery with robust, scalable systems
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and taking ownership
