Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service mapping and discovery issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and participate actively in team discussions.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service mapping concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot service mapping and discovery issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
