Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure ServiceNow solution reliability and performance.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Experience or capability with the ServiceNow platform, client relations, collaboration, design thinking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
