Base Salary

$218k - $327k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop C++ components for ISP control/configuration and data flow management.
Integrate and maintain vendor ISP libraries into the camera software stack.
Drive system-level design decisions balancing image quality, performance, and latency.
Work with ISP algorithms such as Auto Exposure, Auto White Balance, Noise reduction, HDR, and tone mapping.
Establish best practices for ISP bring-up, tuning integration, and image quality debugging.
Develop optimal imager register settings by collaborating with the imager vendor.
Debug image quality issues using raw frames, ISP statistics, and camera pipeline logs.
Strategize ISP roadmap by collaborating with Camera Hardware team and external vendors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 7+ years of experience.
Strong C++ experience in modern C++ with embedded systems development.
Solid understanding of Camera ISP concepts, imaging pipelines, and hardware accelerators.
Strong knowledge of camera hardware including image sensors and SoC architecture.
Familiarity with low-level debugging including registers, memory, and timing issues.
Experience with Linux or Embedded OS camera stacks.
