- Obsess over speed, reliability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Own on-page SEO, structured data, and site architecture.
- Run A/B tests and use analytics data to drive product decisions.
- Craft design and UX that feel premium and convert.
- Use AI tooling aggressively across code generation and content optimization.
Requirements
- Proven track record owning and shipping websites end-to-end.
- Strong front-end engineering skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO and site architecture.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and running structured experiments.
- Sharp design sensibility with experience in Figma or similar tools.
- Highly proficient with AI-assisted development and content workflows.
- Bias for speed in shipping, learning, and iterating.
