Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and debug agentic AI workflows involving multi-step reasoning, memory integration, MCP, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Architect and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including chunking, retrieval design, and end-to-end evaluation.
- Deploy and operate production LLM services while optimizing latency, throughput, and cloud costs.
- Build traditional machine learning models for tabular or structured data and NLP, including classification, regression, and ranking systems.
- Write production-quality Python code and query, manipulate, and pipe large-scale structured data using SQL.
- Build evaluation and monitoring frameworks and maintain scalable, secure, performant systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation, team rituals, and shared learning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or Software Developer with a history of shipping production code.
- Outstanding proficiency in Python and deep experience working with large-scale structured data using SQL.
- Practical experience building and serving live LLM-based or agentic systems for real users.
- Solid grounding in traditional machine learning, with depth in tabular ML, NLP, or deep learning.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in risk, fraud, credit, insurance, cybersecurity, or fintech is a bonus.
- Experience with GenAI observability, drift detection, and evaluation frameworks such as LangSmith, Evidently, or RAGAS is a bonus.
- Hands-on AWS and MLOps automation experience, including containerization and CI/CD for ML, is a bonus.
- Mentoring experience or technical blogging and public speaking contributions are bonuses.
