Responsibilities
- Design and develop system-to-system integrations using APIs, middleware, and messaging platforms.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP services and integration workflows.
- Implement data transformation, validation, and orchestration logic.
- Collaborate with application, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure integrations comply with security, regulatory, and data governance standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Support deployment and environment configurations across development and production.
- Produce technical documentation and integration specifications.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java or similar enterprise integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with API design and development (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., ESB, API Gateway).
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, JMS).
- Experience with XML, JSON, XSD, data mapping and transformations.
- Understanding of enterprise security standards (authentication, encryption).
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience with projects in banking or financial service industry.
