Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and digital assets.
- Integrate AEM with other marketing platforms and back-end systems.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and usability using AEM tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure and deployment.
- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps for AEM projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AEM development.
- Proficient in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JSP, and Apache Felix.
- Familiar with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular.
- Experience with AEM tools: CRXDE, Maven, Dispatcher, Adobe Target/Analytics.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Adobe Certified AEM Developer is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations is preferred.
- Exposure to multi-language or multi-site AEM implementations is a plus.
