Responsibilities

Develop and prototype AI agents using prompt engineering.
Test and validate AI agent accuracy with internal datasets.
Build and scale agent interfaces and dashboards using Next.js and React.
Integrate backend APIs supporting retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge bases.
Create and refine prompts for various use cases.
Set up CI/CD pipelines for prompt versions and agent deployments.
Embed agents in web, chat, and API environments.
Monitor real-time performance metrics and implement observability features.
Support collaboration with senior engineers, product managers, and UX designers.

Experience writing clean and maintainable Python code.
Practical experience in full-stack web development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong communication skills and documentation abilities.
Experience working in an agile team environment.
Familiarity with prompt engineering frameworks like LangChain is a plus.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Lambda and GCP Cloud Functions is preferred.
Experience in AI product UX design or product management is a bonus.
Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks is advantageous.
