Base Salary
$148k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reliable mobile infrastructure, including networking, architecture, and UI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the future of mobile UI and architecture.
- Support Android engineers by improving tools and leveraging feedback to enhance offerings.
- Introduce new ideas to reduce developer friction and improve the codebase.
- Stay current with Android development and contribute to open-source projects.
Requirements
- Experienced in delivering high-quality code.
- Strong experience with Kotlin.
- Experience working with internal developer productivity teams or projects.
- Familiarity with current design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a low-ego team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenges.
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Bonus: contributions to open source projects, experience with Compose, and reactive programming.
