Base Salary
$290k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a core system end-to-end, including multi-model AI orchestration and financial data aggregation.
- Set technical direction and make decisions to scale the product to millions of users.
- Mentor and unblock mid-level engineers, raising the team's performance by example.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO on architecture and ship production code daily.
Requirements
- 6+ years of production engineering experience, with 2+ years in a senior-level role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, AI/LLM at scale, and mobile app architecture.
- Experience shipping a product used by over 1 million people.
- Strong AI fluency and a track record of improving engineering workflows with AI.
- Preferred: Top 20 CS degree and experience in 2+ startups.
