Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of trading strategies using modern C++.
- Develop and enhance high-performance, low-latency trading software in partnership with traders and researchers.
- Analyze data and market opportunities to support sophisticated, ultra-fast strategies.
- Perform hands-on technical implementation, testing, performance analysis, and high-level architectural design.
- Build software using modern software development best practices.
- Contribute to project and team management leadership opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing performant, scalable applications in modern C++.
- Experience developing trading strategies or demonstrated passion for financial markets.
- Experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Significant experience with distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong understanding of multithreaded and multicore programming paradigms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent.
- Ability to react quickly and accurately to changing market conditions and solve math and coding problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Benefits
- Minimum base salary starts at $145,000.
