Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Configure and integrate enterprise financial systems using Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate communication to meet project milestones.
- Mentor team members and identify process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges affecting quality and timelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Expert proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and configuration in enterprise environments.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and software performance optimization.
- Understanding of data security and compliance standards relevant to financial applications.
