Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global BMC/SBIOS developers on NVIDIA server designs.
  • Design and develop performance-optimized active monitoring firmware using MCTP, Redfish, SPDM, and PLDM specifications.
  • Instrument code for coverage, write and automate unit tests, and maintain detailed test case reports.
  • Provide software quality reports based on static analysis, code coverage, and CPU load.
  • Work with hardware teams on hardware design, architecture, and schematics reviews.
  • Collaborate with QA/test architects to develop tools and automation for qualifying system software and firmware.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in EE, CS, or a related field.
  • Active development experience with Python and C/C++ on Linux.
  • Knowledge of platform management, including BMC-BIOS communication, thermal management, power management, firmware updates, device monitoring, and firmware security.
  • Experience with C/C++ development, Bash/Python scripting, and debugging in embedded Linux environments.
  • Experience operating Git.
  • Strong written and oral communication, teamwork, work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Self-starter able to find creative solutions to complex problems.
