Responsibilities

Design and architect customized data, compute, storage, networking, and cloud-integrated solutions for internal customers.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership from concept and design through implementation and post-deployment support.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, IT, and other internal teams to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, products, and services aligned with internal needs and industry methodologies.
Develop and lead proof-of-concept initiatives and communicate proposed solution benefits to internal teams.
Oversee testing and validation against performance, security, and reliability standards.
Create and maintain solution, configuration, and deployment documentation and provide knowledge transfer and training.
Identify improvements to solution architecture processes, tools, methodologies, best practices, and standards.
Advise leadership on business risks and deficiencies with actionable recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience developing technical solutions for internal use, with emphasis on data engineering, application development, and analytics.
Experience designing and implementing complex technical solutions in the data analytics or technology industry.
Strong understanding of data systems, servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Understanding of organizational change management, including communication, alignment, training, and post-launch support.
Proficiency in architectural frameworks, design patterns, and solution modeling tools.
Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions and engage effectively with internal teams.
