Responsibilities
- Build production systems for quoting, scheduling, procurement, machine operations, and material tracking.
- Ship code that runs live on the factory floor.
- Develop internal tools for automation, planning, and inventory management across multiple alloy types.
- Create customer-facing tools for quoting, ordering, and order visibility.
- Collaborate with operators and machinists to identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
- Own the technical foundation of a brand new facility from day one.
- Coordinate with the Detroit software team to ensure platform alignment across factories.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with a focus on rapid deployment.
- Experience building systems from the ground up.
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions independently.
- Interest in software that impacts real-world manufacturing processes.
