Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and code features that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product engineers on bespoke design work.
- Improve and expand the in-house design system.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business needs.
Requirements
- No more than 2 years of industry experience as a designer or engineer.
- Demonstrated projects showcasing visual taste and talent in UI/UX and engineering.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and CSS.
- Experience with backend technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
